Recently, Assistant Professor Wang Liyan of our school, in conjunction with Professor Liu Yongzheng of Renmin University of China and Associate Professor Ye Maoliang of Southern University of Science and Technology, published a paper titled “Public Participation in Democracy, Local Accountability and Happiness: Evidence from Rural China” inGovernance, a top international journal in the field of Public Administration. Assistant Professor Liyan Wang is a co-corresponding author of the paper.

It is reported thatGovernance is a top international academic journal in the field of public administration, published by Wiley Press, a Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) source journal with a 2021 impact factor of 3.331, dedicated to exploring cutting-edge academic issues in administrative politics, public policy, administration, state organization and other aspects.
