一、 学院简介
yl34511线路中心成立于2021年9月，为华南地区首家以“政府管理”命名的高校二级学院，著名学者、政治学家俞可平教授担任院长。学院分设公共管理系、社会学系和政治学系（城市治理研究院）；行政管理和社会学两个本科专业；公共管理、政治学两个一级学科硕士点；公共管理硕士（MPA）、社会工作硕士（MSW）两个专业硕士点；政治传播学二级学科博士点。其中行政管理专业是国家级一流本科专业建设点、广东省特色专业、广东省特色重点学科。现有在职教师54人，其中教授12人，副教授16人，讲师或助理教授26人。新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、教育部新世纪优秀人才3人，深圳市高层次专业人才7人，深圳市海外高层次人才13人，学院领军学者、优秀学者和荔园优青7人。
学院将立足深圳、扎根湾区、面向世界，对标国际一流yl34511线路中心，高起点规划、高水平建设、高质量发展，在院系发展、学科建设、科学研究、团队培育、人才培养等方面紧密结合国家战略与城市发展需要，紧抓中国特色社会主义先行示范区、粤港澳大湾区的“双区”驱动、“双区”叠加、“双改”示范的重大机遇，依循内涵发展、特色发展、创新发展的路径，充分发挥多学科交叉融合优势，将学院发展深度融入“双区”建设全过程。努力将学院建设成为一个理论与实践并重、国际与国内衔接、教学与科研并举、育人与树人结合的高水平、国际化的一流yl34511线路中心。
I.About the School of Government at Shenzhen University
The School of Government of Shenzhen University was founded in September 2021. Professor Yu Keping, a famous scholar and political scientist, serves as the dean. The school consists of the Department of Public Administration, the Department of Sociology, and the Department of Politics (Institute of Urban Governance). It has two undergraduate programs in public administration and sociology, two postgraduate programs in public management and politics, two professional degrees for Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Master of Social Work (MSW) as well as a doctoral program in political communication. Among them, the major of public administration is the national first-class undergraduate program, the characteristic major and the key discipline of Guangdong Province. There are 54 faculty members, including 12 professors, 16 associate professors and 26 lecturers or assistant professors. There are also 3 national candidates of the Talents Projects and the Outstanding talents of the Ministry of Education for New Century, 7 high-level professionals of Shenzhen, 13 overseas high-level talents of Shenzhen, 7 leading scholars, outstanding scholars and excellent young scholars of Shenzhen University.
The school is situated in Shenzhen and the Bay Area and faces the world. It strives to develop into a prestigious and world-class school of government management with high-starting-point planning, high-level construction, and high-quality development. The school closely combines the national strategy and the needs of urban development with faculty development, discipline development, scientific research, team building as well as education and training. In the context of building a pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Shenzhen and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the school follows an innovative path and integrates multidisciplinary collaboration. It is committed to becoming a distinctive school of government, emphasizing both theories and practices, teaching and researching, education and training, and connecting domestics and global perspectives.
二、 岗位要求
（一）从事公共管理学、政治学、社会学等相关学科研究的优秀学者,获得国内外重点大学相关专业博士学位；
（二）在国内外顶级权威学术刊物发表过专业学术论文，或出版高水平学术专著，具有学科方向带头人潜质。
（三）在国内外一流高校有任职经历者，能胜任相关专业课教学并具有外语授课能力者，获得过国家级、省部级人才称号者优先。
（四）身心健康，为人正派，学风端正，有良好的职业道德、团队合作精神。
II. Job Requirements
Applicants should have:
1.A PhD in public administration, political science, sociology, or a closely related discipline from a key university in China or abroad.
2.Demonstrated ability to independently conduct high-quality research and publish in top peer-reviewed journals or publish high-quality scholarly monographs.
3.Demonstrated ability to teach core courses either in Chinese and English with working experiences at first-class universities in China or abroad. Priority will be given to those with talents titles at the national or provincial level.
4.Health, integrity and teamworking spirits.
三、薪酬待遇
（一）提供有竞争力的薪酬和科研启动经费，优秀者一事一议；另可享受高水平科研成果奖励、科研绩效等其他收入。
（二）符合条件者可同时享受深圳市“鹏城孔雀计划”特聘岗位绩效奖励。

III. Compensation
